Love the basic hues and mixing potential. Daniel Smith has my favorite quality.

The only color I found useful from this set was the purple. The burnt orange isn’t as orange as the it looks its more brown than I personally liked. The green is a mix of 2 other pigments you can buy from Daniel smith so I would just recommend mixing to get the green.

Terrific watercolors, and a good value when purchased as this set.

Very good price and filled holes in my palette with beautiful colors.

Instead of receiving three 15mL tubes in three different shades, I got three small (as in 5 mL) tubes of Quinacridone Gold... Its a lovely shade, dont get me wrong, but none of these tiny tubes of pain are green, purple, or orange. :| Id like a refund... Or the proper paints sent to me, because these are not worth the 20 something dollars I paid at all.

Love DS paints. They are easy to work with and always deliver a gorgeous brilliant color. They mix well. These are the best!

Anyone who knows about Daniel Smith knows how phenomenal this brand is. I was so excited to see this secondary set for around 20 bucks since regular price, each of these tubes is $10-15 a piece! The Quin. Burnt Orange is absolutely gorgeous. The Carbazole Violet is nice too. I was most impressed with the undersea green, and since it has multiple pigments in it, it leaves a wonderful effect. Some of the Ultramarine pigment in it separates from the Nickel Azo and leaves a beautiful granulation. These are expensive, artist quality paints, but this is a great deal for 3 tubes. If you are really interested in this, look up the colors on a search engine to see how the colors actually look, as the Undersea Green is less uniform than the picture shows. This is a beautiful set and I would definitely recommend!
