> 3 dayThe orange is more of a brown, but thats okay. I love Daniel Smith, and its nice to have some colors that are transparent and non-staining so I can lift them back up.

Greater than one weekUndersea green is beautiful if you want a special green not a phalo green, quin burnt orange is just that a beautiful gold orange sunset color not a perm orange. The purple is perfect though although very dark but water gives you a very nice range. I love all of these colors but if you are just starting and want simple secondaries this is not the right set. They have a great smaller set of 6 I would recommend though: Daniel Smith 285610005 Extra Fine Essentials Introductory Watercolor, 6 Tubes, 5ml

> 3 dayI love Daniel Smith watercolors but I had been hoping these were a bit more vibrant or shimmery and they are not. (My mistake I think) For what they are they are lovely. I use them as dark shading colors to tone things down or as shadow or texture.

> 3 dayWithout fail, this is a perfect combination of colors. You can go from almost black to sheer sheen. Stunning
