Great Hiking Socks!

I used to only buy from a competitor. but now Darn Tough is my favorite sock company.

Had a hiccup in delivery, my fault things were worked out, super customer service. Excellent socks I will be a return customer.

Bought for my boyfriend

Seem to be really good quality. He liked them and they fit well.

Upon putting these on, I immediately noticed that the instep (where the tongue on a shoe lays) was very bunchy and caused mild annoyance in the flexing of it. I didn’t even want to attempt to try with a shoe for fear of exacerbating the issue even further. Compared to a recent pair of Smartwool hiking socks that laid better and looked far more colorful, I’m afraid I had to return these as the last thing I need hiking across a landscape is discomfort in the most flexible part of my foot. Nothing wrong with the quality of the craftsmanship, just the uncharacteristic flex is not for my slim foot and looks a little bland as the best part of the colors are buried further up and down at the bottom of the sock.

My husband loves these, he is a diabetic and its important that he takes care of his feet and wear good quality socks. They are thick enough that they provide cushion but also allow his feet to breath and not get wet from sweat. These are also the only socks my husband doesnt put holes in. I will definitely be purchasing more for my husbands Christmas stocking.
