> 3 dayGot these for my husband to replace some others that wore out quickly (not to mention brands, but the have a man on the sole). Its so hard to find socks that are not too heavy, but yet warm enough. Wont wear out quickly, but are still comfortable. These seem to fit the bill! And they wash well too!! Ive never paid $25 for a pair of socks, but they are guaranteed for life - whats to lose?!? Highly recommend!!

Greater than one weekI Love, Love these socks. My husband and I have several pairs, short, mid-calf and calf heights. Hiking and running trails in these socks is great! No complaints and Darn Toughs return/wear out policy cant be beat.

> 3 dayI love all of my Darn Tough socks. After I bought my first pair I was so impressed, I slowly began buying more because they are a bit pricey. However, theyre worth it! Super comfy, even after my feet were soaked because of rain. They really are the best socks Ive owned. If youre in the military, I highly recommend the full cushion boot sock, Darn Tough has those socks in tactical colors too!

> 3 dayI want to love these socks. I really do. They are awesome at first. But after the first time they are washed they shrink to the point I cant get them on my feet. Originally ordered the large which according to my shoe size is what I needed. Washed once and dried on warm as the directions stated. Couldnt get them on my feet past the arch support section. So thinking maybe I needed an XL I ordered that. Same problem....the length is fine on both pairs after washing. But that arch support shrinks out of control. I did notice the L and XL feel the same width when they are new. The difference is the XL are small bit longer. Such a disappointment.

We live and work in Northfield, Vermont. Our backyard is the perfect testing ground to make the finest Premium All Weather Performance Socks. We ski, snowboard, hike, bike and run in the most unforgiving climate in the lower 48. It is under these conditions that we design, test and manufacture our socks.

After so many decades why do we still knit every pair of our socks here in Vermont? We don’t do it because it’s the easy thing to do—we do it because it’s the right thing to do. We do it because for us, it’s the only way to do it. There are faster and cheaper alternatives but nobody ever outsourced anything for quality.
