Greater than one weekI Love, Love these socks. My husband and I have several pairs, short, mid-calf and calf heights. Hiking and running trails in these socks is great! No complaints and Darn Toughs return/wear out policy cant be beat.

Greater than one weekHard to pay $20 for a pair of socks, but Ive now done it 5 times. Initially got a pair to just hike in, after researching quite a bit. The wool keeps your feel dry and cool, while the compression and thickness provide comfort. Also nearly prevents all blisters, if you a prone to these. Soon I found myself wearing these hiking socks every day as they feel great, and needed more pairs. Very durable too. I blow out standard white socks all the time, I have yet to break one of these. And if you do, supposedly there is a lifetime warranty, you just pay to ship there, but I have not needed to do that yet.

We live and work in Northfield, Vermont. Our backyard is the perfect testing ground to make the finest Premium All Weather Performance Socks. We ski, snowboard, hike, bike and run in the most unforgiving climate in the lower 48. It is under these conditions that we design, test and manufacture our socks.
STILL MADE IN VERMONT, USA
After so many decades why do we still knit every pair of our socks here in Vermont? We don’t do it because it’s the easy thing to do—we do it because it’s the right thing to do. We do it because for us, it’s the only way to do it. There are faster and cheaper alternatives but nobody ever outsourced anything for quality.
