not what is was looking for. a program like unerase on Windows 8 is much better. it brings back files and lets you know if they were missing, instead of bringing a full back up copy of your hard disc. will try again and try to find something like unerase for Windows 8 for Windows 10.

Its rubbish just an advert that you pay for to buy more it only recovers a very small amount of data then says if you wa want more pay more about £80 more to get it. If you choose only to recover the small amount of data the rest is lost. Waste of money

I was sceptical but this product does what it advertises. I mistakenly deleted three years of photos from my phone micro sd card. I installed this software on my laptop, inserted the micro sd card from my phone into my laptop, did a full scan, not using the scan button but going into settings and doing the full thorough scan. It ran for several hours but it fully recovered over 23,000 (yes, 23 thousand) images from my 128gb sd card. It pulled images for every text message, movie, Facebook images, and photos taken for the past three years that Ive had the phone. For those saying it doesnt work, are either using incorrectly or they have a bad media device that they are trying to recover from.

Bought this to recover 2TB of data from a Seagate hard drive after a last resort, the hard drive had been to PC world but couldnt recover it. After five days Wondershare had recovered all of my music, photos and videos, although I had to use a laptop because Windows 10 wouldnt recognise it. 10 out of 10 for Wondershare.

I used this program to retrieve photos from a corrupted cell phone memory card. When the card was corrupted it had about 1500 photos on it. After I ran the recovery program it retrieved every photo that was ever stored on the memory card, even the ones that I previously deleted. A few files could not be opened but I got over 99% of them back. Because of the number of files it took about an hour to run but it worked.

It recovered the data that I needed. Worked as expected.

It did what it said it would do. I used it on an external hard drive and my files were found! So I am happy with the product! I almost lost videos from long ago that I could not replace. I now have learned my lesson and I have copies of those videos in numerous places instead of just one external hard drive. But this product is great and easy to use!

I purchased this product to recovery various documents, videos and photos from my old computer. Before purchasing the software I consulted with a computer technician at my place of employment who assured me that the data was recoverable, so I purchased this particular software. I loaded the software and used as directed on the packaging, but to my disappointment could not recover any data. The software indicated that the data was there on the harddrive, but the software could not pull it off. I was very disappointed and frustrated to say the least. I would not recommend this product, it does not live up the the statements in its advertising.
