> 3 dayPros: my mouth overall felt clean from this toothpaste probably due to the peppermint oil in it. Cons: the sensitivity of my teeth didn’t go away. My teeth didn’t look any whiter. The toothpaste was very runny. It was fall out of my mouth as I was brushing. I just went back to using sensodyne!

> 3 dayI finally found a toothpaste that leaves my teeth like l just left the dentist office. My teeth feels so clean and smooth. Ive only used it for about a week, but the results are astonishing. I also like the ingredients because they are paraben free, fluoride free, SLS free, which is critical for your hormonal balance, especially when you workout with weights and need your testosterone levels as high as possible. I will be definitely buying another tube before the one I have runs out.

> 3 dayIve finished up a whole tube and have no complaints aside from the god-awful taste, which is vaguely pepperminty and very bitter. I havent noticed much difference in whitening but I drink a hell of a lot of soda, so as long as my teeth dont get worse Im good. Im hoping the nhp will help with keep my teeth strong, but there really isnt a way for me to measure if thats going well, so Im just crossing my fingers and hoping, really.

Greater than one weekThis toothpaste works as well as more expensive versions. My only gripe is that it tends to ooze out unless stored with the cap up. I definitely will buy again!

> 3 dayI recently made the switch from to Davids because I wanted to maintain the enamel strengthening I saw with Bokas NHA toothpaste but also wanted a more clean mouth feel. This is the best of both worlds, leaving my breath fresh and whitening my teeth (they were already pretty white) in a matter of weeks. The only thing that could be improved upon is the lid. Because the toothpaste is liquidy and inside a metal tube, when you unscrew the cap and squeeze you get enough for your toothbrush and then too much extra. Theres no way to quickly seal the cap and so some toothpaste can end up wasted. If the cap were redesigned with some kind of silicon spout instead so you can better limit the amount that comes out, Id highly recommend to friends.

> 3 dayFlavor is good, but it is runny. I guess thats ok if you are leaving out some artificial thickener. Price is steep. Lets see if it impresses me over time.

> 3 dayI love the fact this toothpaste has no fluoride but actual stuff your teeth are made of. Such a great option.

> 3 dayTastes great. I like the rolling pin they included. Good to know there is no fluoride and other chemicals in it. I really like the metal tube and had no issues with it. Keep in mind metal tubes need to be worked slowly to prevent too much toothpaste from coming out at once. Im guessing those that are experiencing enamel erosion are using too much or brushing too vigorously. You only need a small amount. This tube should last you a long time.
