Overall pretty good case so far. Does what we got it for. However, if your child or whoever goes to pick it up hopefully it is zipped all the way. The handle is on the opposite side of the zipper so anything can fall out if you are not careful. I’d try finding one with a zipper on the same side of the handle if you can.

It’s nice it’s durable it’s spacious. Slots to hold games kinda annoying tho and it doesn’t sit snug it can move up and down

Ive purchased this several times now for all the Nintendo Switches we own. It is the perfect carrying case for the console, power cable, and games you want to play. It has protected our Switches under numerous circumstances (on airplanes, in luggage, to/from Grandmas house, etc.).

Its a very good case. Its durable and it holds my switch perfectly while it also has lots of space for extra joycons,accessories and games. Unfortunately im not able to store my little controller that you put the joycons on but its still a great case. Highly recommend.

I came across this when looking for a new Nintendo Switch carrying case(since my current one was rubbish), and I fell in love with it right away--partially due to it being on sale through Amazon Prime, but mostly because of its overall design, and layout. I proceeded to order it after reading a pair of reviews, and I have to say, Ive never felt this good when holding a carrying case before. Most of them arent meant for long-term travel, or so Ive noticed, but this one was obviously designed to go anywhere, and everywhere you wanted to go with your system. It has storage space for two extra joycon controllers(if you have them), as well as several other accessories as well, providing they arent too big! And, the best part? Its EASY to get your system out; no complicated straps you have to pull on in order to slide the system in, just two velcro straps. A shorter one meant to attach to the lower game-card holder to secure the system comfortably inside, and the lower, longer strap attached to the floor of the case. This strap is meant to rest underneath your system, with a little part exposed; why is this? Well, its to make removing your system easy! Just tug on it to unfasten it from the bottom of the case, and it raises your system up, so you can easily take it out. It even has indentations in the bottom for the joycon attached to your Switch to sit comfortably, and level inside the case, which fits beautifully, and doesnt feel as if Im forcing my system to fit inside. I cant recommend this enough, it really is an awesome little case that offers SO much, and it truly does blow you away when you see it in person. My only input on the product would be the instructions that come with it are a little too...short. It took me a few minutes to realize what the two velcro straps were for, since the images on the instructions simply showed a glimpse of what each step looked like after being completed. My other complaint, while somewhat minor, is how the two card-holding folders are pretty stuck together. You have to practically hold the case in a somewhat folded way to be able to fasten the securing strap to the lower folder, else the alignment will be off. The top folder practically tugs the lower one along, and it makes fastening things easily a bit cumbersome, to me. Other than these two issues, this product truly is amazing to me, and I think Ill be getting a lot of use out of it in time!

TL;DR: This is the best case on Amazon for travelling with your Switch when you wont want to play on a TV (or youre willing to pack the dock and Switch power charger some other way). Pros: * This is the smallest case I found on Amazon that can hold everything needed to travel with a Switch, WITHOUT the dock or the bulky power charger that comes with the Switch (which is only needed when using the Switch on a TV). Ive tried several other cases around the same dimensions, and they either had some flaws or were otherwise of slightly lower quality. * Switch fits securely in case, held in by a velcro clasp that holds on to the games organisers. * The case can easily hold the Switch, a few games, an extra pair of Joy-Cons, and a USB-C charger very easily and pretty securely. Note that I am using a standard USB-C charger and NOT the one that comes with the Switch, which I found much to bulky to be able to fit in the case without worrying about things being crushed when I closed it. According to my online research, I think any standard USB-C should be fine for charging the Switch when traveling. The special Switch charger is needed for the dock and providing extra power to play on a TV, which isnt needed when just traveling with your Switch in this case. * Other side of case is fully covered by double-layered mesh with a zipper opening, which is more secure than some other cases that instead leave the area half-open. * 20 game slots is great. It seems hard to get bored when traveling with 20 games (plus whatevers in your Switch). * Lays flat on a table or surface, whereas some other cases seem to have a manufacturing flaw where they will not be balanced properly and will rock back and forth if jostled. Cons: * The all black coloring is not distinctive, which means it may be easier to lose, forget somewhere, or be stolen, since its less visible. On the other hand, it doesnt stand out visually, so that may mean its less likely to be stolen. * Its hard to fit the power charger that comes with the Switch in this case without feeling like its too tight and theres too much pressure on the cases contents. However, this is the trade-off we make for the smaller case size, which was more important to me, since my online research suggests that standard (and smaller) USB-C charger should be fine to charge the Switch when Im travelling. No problems so far. Conclusion: This is the best Nintendo Switch travel case on Amazon in this size category, of all the ones I have tried. The others were also great cases, but had some flaws or were otherwise of slightly lower quality than this one.

Plus, its got more compartments than a secret agents suitcase. You can fit your games, your controllers, your snacks, and even your secret stash of gum in there. So, if youre looking for a carrying case thats as bold as you are, then this is the one for you. It may be a little bulky, but its worth it for the peace of mind that comes with knowing your Switch is safe. And who knows, maybe youll even make some new gamer friends along the way.
