Picture, brightness are amazing. Remote is basic. But it stopped working after 4 months.

Works great, clear picture

For the money, this is a great projector. The picture is clear and speaker is loud. It is easy to setup and take down. I have used it with a tripod and the kids are really enjoying watching movies and other shows. Im also using it with the Amazon FireStick. Definitely recommend.

Quite good product

Great picture for the size

My daughter received this projector as a gift for her 13th birthday. It is really a great little machine! The picture is clear and bright, sound is good. We don’t even have a screen- we projected It on a blue wall and it still looks great! The set up was super easy. We are going to get a ton of use out of this.

So far, this is everything I was hoping for. It is easy to use and my kids love it!

What can I say? For a sub-$150 projector, this thing is worth every penny. I compared this projector to a mid-range Epson and it held up admirably considering the Epson costs 10x more (!). I’ve taken pictures to compare (both projecting onto a grayscale screen, the Epson is ceiling-mounted while the DBPOWER projector sat on an ottoman). While the Epson looks more vibrant, it’s not a true apples-to-apples comparison because the DBPOWER projector hasn’t been calibrated yet. Pros: Crazy inexpensive Great packaging, well designed Easy plug-n-play setup Small size/footprint Runs quietly Bright Cons: Needs calibration out of the box (*colors look washed out) Bottom line: if you are frugal/budget-conscious, this projector will treat you right – it costs less than a bulb for a mid-high range hd projector, and displays a good picture* even in very bright rooms.

The picture is very bright. Even in a partially lit room you can make out the picture. It’s not crisp but I don’t think there’s a projector out there that has perfect brightness and clarity in a room with the light level I’m dealing with. I am very satisfied with the resolution after seeing some reviews criticizing it. The built-in speakers are great and provide plenty of volume but of course a good set of external speakers would always trump these.

I’ve asked about using this in not so complete dark room and was advised it would work. I bought it and now it’s useless :(
