Used this for a presentation and it worked wonderfully with my MacBook. Nice level picture and easy to focus. Great for small businesses who need an occasional projector.

Great Projector

I used it twice and it’s no longer working.

What can I say? For a sub-$150 projector, this thing is worth every penny. I compared this projector to a mid-range Epson and it held up admirably considering the Epson costs 10x more (!). I’ve taken pictures to compare (both projecting onto a grayscale screen, the Epson is ceiling-mounted while the DBPOWER projector sat on an ottoman). While the Epson looks more vibrant, it’s not a true apples-to-apples comparison because the DBPOWER projector hasn’t been calibrated yet. Pros: Crazy inexpensive Great packaging, well designed Easy plug-n-play setup Small size/footprint Runs quietly Bright Cons: Needs calibration out of the box (*colors look washed out) Bottom line: if you are frugal/budget-conscious, this projector will treat you right – it costs less than a bulb for a mid-high range hd projector, and displays a good picture* even in very bright rooms.

We purchased this projector because we wanted to have the feeling of being at the movies without going to the theater. We set it up in the backyard and were very happy with the picture quality and sound, given the price of the projector. I would definitely recommend this product.

I was SO pleased with the clarity! 2 things that could be better are, you HAVE to make this mostly level with the screen or you will get blur at the top or bottom. The sound is good but with the movie I just watched, its like any other projector, I had it maxed out for some of the movie and it was right behind my head. You will want more speakers if you have it in a large room, that is the same with all projectors tho. This is SO good, I just ordered another one for the other room to replace the one in there AND Im thinking of getting a 3 just to have when one of these gets the yearly internal lens dust collection... All my projectors last a year or so but the dust collects INSIDE the lens and ends up on the screen. THAT IS WHY I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER ONE.... This one takes the cake tho! Plenty of ports and great documentation. Strong warranty, although the registration process is a bit invasive. The free gift they offer for registering may not be what’s on the card in your box, as I was very interested in the case and was offered a wine glass instead. Their customer service rep insisted on my leaving this review before registering the product. I viewed this as a bit predatory and was put off by the pressure to do so. Odd marketing practice.

After researching different projectors to replace my old one, this one stuck out, so I gave it a try. The picture is extremely crisp and bright, it compares easily to the expensive ones. We use it on Friday nights to watch movies with the kids, I definitely recommend this one

I previously had the older dB power projector, and we decided to update our projector. The quality on this mode supersedes the previous. The clarity of the picture and sound quality are AMAZING!

This projector was a great buy! I’ve always wanted one, for when I have my own space. It’s perfect for if you want to have a movie night or if want to create a vibe and just listen to music. I’ll most likely end up getting a speaker to connect to it in order for it to be louder.
