Nice charger, a little bulky.

I have had the chord now for about two months and it still works great, but from normal wear while traveling the casing around the tip cracked. I have had the Dell original chord for three years now (still is perfect) and accidentally left it at home when I left to visit family here in the US for a couple months, so I bought a replacement thinking a backup chord is never a bad idea anyway. Too bad this one will be trash by the time I get home most likely.

Just as good as the original Dell power supply that failed after +10 years. It gets warm, but so did the original unit so thats normal. As you may know, Dell Direct charge very high prices so buy this unit on Amazon for the best deal.

My travels beat up on charger cables like this one, this is my third one in two and a half years. Will try to be nicer to this one.

Im not sure if what I received was new, used, or something else. But it looks very, very similar to the original charger I got. So Im happy with the purchase.

Ordered (2) of these units for the same price as (1) unit from Mr. Dells website. Im always weary of power supplies, batteries, and other perishible electronics so I thought that it one did not work I would still have the other-- both work correctly under load. I tested each unit with my multimeter prior to hooking it up to my Dell XPS laptop and everything is within spec. I am now the happy owner of 2 of these, one I leave plugged in, the other stays in my briefcase.

It works, although I still do get the same message about power not being sufficient even though its the correct charger sometimes.

Needed a new power adapter for my Dell laptop. Works great but be sure your are getting the right amps/power rating for your laptop. This one has a higher power rating (130 watts) which is what my original power adapter was rated. Some places claim there adapter is a replacement but has a lower power rating. May work but I would want the higher power.

Fair price. Unit works great.

For whatever reason my other adapter quit working. The end of the cable that lights up blue still lit up but my computer would not charge my battery or power my computer. This new replacement works as it should. I could now power up my computer without the battery. It arrived very quickly as it was Amazon Prime shipped.
