Great basic laptop for the price. I amazingly got a laptop with an Intel I-3 processor instead of the listed Celeron, a plus.

Came in a box that had rough handling. One corner was crushed! The contents was not secure. No padding in the outside box. The original box with the laptop inside was fine. The computer was not damaged. I have had Dell before and the great workmanship is still awesome.

Slow, TouchPad difficult at best. Wont even install all updates from Dell support assistant. Buy a pencil and paper. Warranty is to send it back and they will delete your info but they need your password. Not a solution.

This computer is being used in our church food pantry. So far it has worked pretty well. I bought this one because a computer savvy gentleman went over what we needed and went to Amazon and said this is the one you should get. So we bought it

The laptop is a piece of crap. It will not allow you to even put your emails on the laptop, nor on the desktop as a shortcut it just keeps saying error. I’ve tried every single available suggestion, and nothing works! I would not recommend!

Ive had Dell PCs for years, and loved them. A few years ago I bought a Lenovo mostly due to the price. It was functional at best and finally gave up the ghost a month ago. I bought another Lenovo because it was on sale. It toasted on the first try set up, but second go round worked. Needless to say that was only the beginning of the problems. It was slowwwww, ofen crashed, shut off or stopped responding. It lasted a month before it would no longer even boot. I decided not to even mess with it and returned to an old friend. My new Dell is the perfect companion; fast, easy to use, consistent and reliable.

The setting up of the laptop was extremely easy. Windows 11 is awesome and I imported all my websites/icons with ease; was extremely happy in web surfing. It sped from one site to another with ease and minimal timing. The laptop is light, not bulky and streamlined. Keys are excellent with minimal touch input. The screen is fabulous, bright, and smart looking. Im very pleased with this product. Highly recommended.

Great price, great performance.

I needed a computer and my work labtop was a Dell. However, the cpu was so great that I made up my mind to purchase Dell labtop. This computer that I purchased the screen is hard to see (pictures are not vivid/colors are dull) and when using zoom people complained that they can not hear me due to static. I don’t recommend this item.

Was very slow , shut off last week and will not boot back up .Purchased 01/03/2023 , just get a blue screen . Now what . Out $511. No way to contact support other than knowledge base responses wail using another PC. All the articles refer to are things that cant be done if it only give you a blue screen .
