Not happy with the computer and I RETURNED THE COPMPUTER 6/2/22! The seller was a pleasure to work with. I received my refund in a very timely manner. Would buy from them again.

The laptop I received was nice but... not the laptop I paid for in the description. It was described as being 16gb Ram and 1tb ssd. I received 4gb Ram and 256gb ssd.

Was very slow , shut off last week and will not boot back up .Purchased 01/03/2023 , just get a blue screen . Now what . Out $511. No way to contact support other than knowledge base responses wail using another PC. All the articles refer to are things that cant be done if it only give you a blue screen .

Received my laptop today on time and boxed securely at my door. I was eager to open the box and start using my new computer. However, the system was extremely slow and had difficulty connecting and downloading. I spent most of this evening trying to figure out was the issue was. This was a total disappointment. I not satisfied whatsoever

I had high expectations from Dell as a regular user of Dell. This laptop was a fail! Got it; set it up - no problem; next day tried to use and the keyboard letter did not work! Could not unlock the computer. Tried to look up the issue and did all the recommended tricks but nothing, plus the keyboard was bowing in the middle. Not a quality you want to see in a keyboard. Could have been a great laptop if the keyboard would have worked.

Can run multiple tabs in Chrome smoothly, and has plenty of space. Didnt have windows store installed for some reason, which I assume was a glitch. Its great for a budget laptop for basic needs.

The browser (Microsoft Edge) is broken, and you cant install it from Microsoft store.
