This was to have Windows 11 Home but just discovered it is the S mode which is causing problems for me. Cant download a program I paid for as a result.

I have never purchased anything other than an HP and thought this time I would try something different as my battery went out on my last HP from 2019 rather fast and I could not find a replacement battery for it. I got this and was looking forward to the Dell brand name and hoping it was good quality. Boy was I disappointed. It was slow on start up, but that wasnt even the worst. The glitches never ended, I could not access anything online, everything was glitchy, I kept getting pages that would just grind and would never show up, and I did everything restarted the computer, cleared the cache, I even took the s mode off of the windows, which you are not supposed to do. NOTHING worked. Also when I did a shut down, it wouldnt start back up, I had to manually shut it down to get it to start back up, which is not good for the computer. I ended up returning this thing, I will NEVER buy a Dell again.

It was very easy clear to use your app.

Inexpensive, but it shows, not very sturdy and battery life sucks.

When laptop is in sleep mode or cover closed the bottom of the laptop where the ventholes are located stays hot. Even when the laptop in sleep mode for 12 hours and bottom stays hot. I called Dell Support for help and all the diagnostics checks were good. Dell Support solution for the overheating is to turn power off to the laptop at night before going to sleep. Normal operation is as expected and does not get hot like in sleep mode.

One thing the screen touch makes annoying.

I have fast internet, but this laptop freezes from time to time. EVERYDAY either the cursor wont work and have to use touch screen, or visa versa. Now, Im dealing with the power cord not wanting to go in and it not charging. Everything Ive read this is a Dell issue and related to the motherboard. We all know replacing a motherboard is hundreds of dollars. Wish I had returned this garbage within the timeframe to do so. Stay away from anything that says, DELL.
