Dell Adapter-USB C to DisplayPort Laptop

Im sure it works well, however, it was not obvious to me that this adapter only works with Dell Displays. While my work laptop is Dell, my displays are LG which are incompatible. This may be useful in the office if I need to borrow a display device but otherwise pretty much useless for the time being. Relatively inexpensive for the adapter so not heartbroken over this purchase when it did not work. Donating it to the tech drawer at my office. Chalk it up to experience to read the details and understand the how the product works before making a purchase.

I put in my Dell PC, but it did not work. I cannot put in.

Was in need of USB-C to DisplayPort Adapters that didnt alter the output of my Macs video which would result in zero video play back of any kind due to DRM on an older Dell D6000 docking station. I bought 2x for two displays, they work perfectly.

Im using this adapter to connect my laptop to 34 monitor (3440x1440).

It works for my Samsung CRH9 (5120 x 1440 at 120Hz).

Could not get full resolution on HP ultra wide QHD through HDMI. This adaptor was the perfect solution for my 2020 Macbook pro.

None of the new pcs come with support for 3 monitors. This adapter did just that.

Use with a display port cable to connect monitor to laptop that has a USB-c port.

I tried this on multiple monitors and on multiple computers and none of them were able to display the image. I would not recommend this product. I have other adapters and they work so it seems the adapter is the issue. PS I used it on a MAC and Windows computers.

It works and was 75% cheaper than closest cable alternative when I purchased it.
