> 24 hourWhat this is: A super lightweight laptop with a descent set of ports and a workable screen at a fantastic price with the latest Windows version. What its not: a high-end speedster gaming laptop. This is an extremely power efficient, slower processor ensemble that easy to upgrade. Its is tuned by default to super power saver. IMO, that makes it almost unusable in real life. Set the power mode to performance, and it becomes a great media consumption, email, social, writing machine with a good 6 hrs of battery. Oh, there is an open slot to put any 2.5 (7-9mm) laptop drive inside and you can double the RAM memory for about $25. Im buying two more to use as Linux machines. I was hesitant about this at first but very happy in the end.

> 24 hourThis laptop basically fell apart after about a month. The screen basically broke free from the keyboard. This is the second Dell laptop that has done this. They do NOT get subjected to any rough treatment. Nothing more than opening and closing. The problem now is that I have downloaded all of my stuff to this laptop and now the screen has gone dark. I have no idea if I can recover any of it. But I will never buy another Dell product.

> 24 hourGoing over the specs I came to realize it wasn’t going to have that much more storage than I already had in my older laptop. So I returned this item.

> 24 hourAfter 4 months of very light use; BIOS Bot error crashed hard drive. Piece of junk It was big, heavy and lunky. Touch screen was nice. Picture was average. Waste of $$$, Only computer guy in town quoted $189 to run diagnostics and $40 for new hard drive and that is IF they could. They tried to reinstall Windows without success. This is the 3rd Dell I have had that has lasted less than 18 months. Keep looking.

> 24 hourNothing wrong w/the laptop except for the way it was advertised. I specifically ignored laptops that had Windows 10S. This one was advertised as Windows Home - which it is, but running in S mode. S mode is a real pain and getting out of S mode once its on there isnt straightforward either.

> 24 hourSo the one I got does not have a touch screen so I am not sure why it asked to rate a touch screen. This laptop is great if you want to get get work done and play some minecraft for a little bit. If you open up the back you can add an SSD and if you want you can replace the NVME it comes with for a 2280 nvme. It does also have replaceable memory so if you want to upgrade to dual channel you can. Now if you dont run it at at full brightness and settings you can get a pretty decent battery life out of it. So for average school work and for having work papers this is a great laptop. With the benefit of being able to play some games.

> 24 hourWhen I received the laptop it powered up got it all set up and it was running fine. Today two or three weeks later it would not power up. I had a Tech look at it and he determined that the laptop was dead and useless. Unfortunately my return window has passed so Im out a little over $300 for a laptop that doesnt work

> 24 hourReturned as soon as I finally got to open the computer and look at the specs. Processor was slower (1.1 GHz vs 1.4 GHz1.6GHz) than advertised and the hard drive was smaller (128 GB vs 500 GB) than advertised. There is conflicting specifications when this computer is compared with similar ones. Im going to stick with purchasing directly from the manufacturer. I would have been hugely disappointed if I had paid the original purchase price of $1,000.
