Experienced a a Microsoft Scam one day after delivery. Related to When I purchased the computer it was to have Security Hardware on it. Did not per the scammer. Needed to send $99.95 to get the refund from Microsoft. Hah! Not sure why this would happen immediately after delivered. I was not on new computer. So scammer did not know Do not want anything possibly associated to this experience. Very disconcerting. RATINGS NOT RELATED TO THE PRODUCT - BUT required in order to post this information.

I needed a laptop for job searches & crafting-- this has been perfect!

I’m always hesitant with purchasing electronics on any marketplace (I.e Amazon ) but everything is perfect and exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s worth the money you’ll spend on it for sure! If you’re anything like me I know you have to scroll through a few more reviews to be convinced but trust me when I tell you if ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING was wrong from the time I purchased to the time I received my laptop I would say it. It also came super quick.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS LAPTOP! save yourself money and grief!, after having it for five months the computer came apart by just opening it, the screen separated from the key board and broke, I am now using it with binder clips an electrical tape to keep it together, I have to keep it opened at all times a piece of junk!

After less then 1 week of use Computer wont boot up. We bought 2 and the other one had issues as well, spent hours on line with windows tech support basically reloading windows... did this seller provide a legit version of windows with purchase? Im 2 for 2 with issues right out the box with these laptops...

nice for the price paid not the most updated, but was perfect for what i needed totally worth the buy works great and easy set up

I like this laptop, but for what ever reason if youre not looking pretty much straight down at the key pads, its difficult to seethe letters. Second, it wont recognize my external speakers, which is a real bummer because I love music. Overall its a good laptop it should serve me well for many years.

couldnt figure out why I couldnt run installed apps not downloaded from the app store for 5 hours, I am not smart but I finally found out that it was because the laptop was in S mode which is for security so it wont let you do much. Does not tell you directly at all, I had to google quite a bit and finally found out how to turn it off and the only way to do that is not in the settings but the app store.
