Dell Laptop AC Adapter Charger 65 Watt 19.5v 3.34a LA65NS2-01 Compatible with 09RN2C 6TM1C HA65NS5-00 A065R039L 7.4mm Tip

I purchased this charger for my Dell laptop, when it arrived it was not a Dell charger, it was an HP. It fit my computer but, unfortunately with Dell laptops, it will maintain the charge but will not charge up the battery. I had to return due to not performing the task I needed it to.

Works perfectly and the exact model I needed. I did have to do a little research to make sure I was getting the correct charger for my laptop.

I had high hopes for this, my actual dell charger recently started acting up when i need it for school. It wouldnt charge unless i played around with the cord and was sensitive so i bought this one in hopes that it would charge. It charged ONCE and then decides to fail on me. Never again, i cant rely on this product do not buy. I ended up buying a new laptop because of Dells online return policy seemed sketch and I didnt want to go through the hassle

I already have both a LA65NS2-01 and a HA65NS5-00 charge cord - see the first two pictures. I bought this charge cord because it said ...LA65NS2-01 Compatible with HA65NS5-00... Great! Those are the two charge cords I already have. When the new one arrived - picture #3 - the part that plugs into the computer was not the correct size. My two existing plugs were small, the new one was much larger and would not fit into the laptop. All the rest of the stats on the back of the box were the same - but it would not fit my laptop. If you cant trust the model number in the description and on the box itself, what do you trust? It obviously is going back. I am very disappointed and will never buy from this company again!

I think the product is good. My concern is the condition of the item. I found dirt and hair and scratches on it. It looks like a used product, not new. So I gave it two stars.
