I used the model number off the charger that came with my laptop to search for a second. I found cheap ones and was not happy with the reviews so I stayed away from those. I bought this one because I was under the impression it was the same exact Dell one as my original. However, the cable is not the same. It has second piece to make it work with my computer. This leads me to believe that it is a generic charger that uses different end pieces to work for different computers. The only reason I gave it three stars is because it seems to work as well as my original.

This cord worked as a replacement for original Dell cord.

Great product, but had to return it, turns out the laptop was broken.

I was so happy to see this available for my old computer. Plugged it in and worked like a charm ! There is nothing different from my original cord that come with the computer. Fast delivery on this item was great ! I was worried it would take a long time because of Covid-19, but it was here in a few days . Would definitely order from them again.

I think the product is good. My concern is the condition of the item. I found dirt and hair and scratches on it. It looks like a used product, not new. So I gave it two stars.

The charger that was delivered was an HP charger that was NOT compatible with the Dell laptop. Additionally, it was scuffed and appeared to be used, not new.

It only charges my batter to 60% then shut off. Amazon sells junk no wonder they have a ceo who is rich.
