Dell Laptop AC Adapter Charger 65 Watt 19.5v 3.34a LA65NS2-01 Compatible with 09RN2C 6TM1C HA65NS5-00 A065R039L 7.4mm Tip

I purchased this charger for my Dell laptop, when it arrived it was not a Dell charger, it was an HP. It fit my computer but, unfortunately with Dell laptops, it will maintain the charge but will not charge up the battery. I had to return due to not performing the task I needed it to.

Ive always had a bad time with ordering technology related items through Amazon, and expected this one would be different. Needless to say, although people tell you this is compatible with the Dell inspiron 15 5570. IT IS NOT!! not only is the tip to wide but the power cord is very short. I will be contacting the sellers to hopefully return this or get a refund.

Im not too fond of the length of the cable.

I think the product is good. My concern is the condition of the item. I found dirt and hair and scratches on it. It looks like a used product, not new. So I gave it two stars.

Ordered a new cord and got a used dirty cord.

Gave it 4 stars because it arrived in good condition and appears to be a legit model. However, I ordered it because it was supposed to be compatible with my charger model (HA65NS5-00) so I assumed it would be compatible with my laptop. However, the charger tip didnt fit my laptop. Its possible that the model number is referring to the the AC power adapter only, but I assumed the model number was for the charger in which case it was labelled as compatible with my laptop incorrectly.

the conector tip is 3 times biger than the original HA65NS5-00

power cord was for my lap top ,good product and shipping was fast

Works amazingly! Almost freaked out over the 2ndary adaptor but was quickly relieved to find it was the proper one I needed!
