> 3 dayI love this item, it is fast and ready to go with quickness. From the time i hit the start button i am logged in and running into my work space in a matter of 20 seconds. I am fortunate to be able to work from home in this pandemic but i needed something that can handle my daily multi tasking needs. I have to use dual monitors for work so this meets my needs. I have connected up to three monitors and it works flawlessly. Currently using dual monitors because i ran out of table space but i am glad i have the option to use a third. I have attached pictures if it helps.

> 3 dayIt lasted for 10 months then took a crap! Purchased 3 other computers identical to this one and they are all still working just fine. All refurbished units. This is the only one that has had an issue. Very disappointed. Called customer service only to be told it had a 90 day warranty. Lesson learned. Dont buy a refurbished computer from these guys.

> 3 daygot this as a base for a gaming build for my daughter. Plays Roblox and other simple games out the box with the onboard graphics. Simply add a graphics card and boom, youve got an entry level gaming computer for 300 $. will be buying another soon for the wife!

> 3 dayWe use this for general use and small business. Spreadsheets and Quickbooks I personally prefer Dell computers. This refurbished computer does the job well. The description stated it was Wi-Fi ready but it was not. I had to go purchase one to get it upgraded and ready to use. I reached out to the seller and they discounted the price. That was acceptable.

> 3 dayBottom end PSU 180w. (Not a good base for gaming upgrade on the cheap) is a Dell server PSU with a power splice to the dvd. The cleaned & wrapped in vinyl to look new(?), As well as an attempted repasting of the CPU... However they didnt clean the old paste off first. First refurb I have ever purchased without obvious fingerprints or dust. Vinyl, I kinda like the touch.. but repasting over old paste is an absolute failure as it adds heat. ( Heat bad). Bent pins on the motherboard. ( Think touching battery jumper cables together.. much bad. ) , Sketchy af ssd- no spec no name without dram & ancient controller. Id prefer a hdd to this.

> 3 dayBrady, the gentleman in Revive ITs Customer Service Department was absolutely awesome! He went above and beyond in insuring that all my questions were answered and that I received everything I ordered. I had a few questions about the internal Wi-Fi and he recommended I get the Micro 7040 processor. I was not aware of such a processor which had a smaller footprint. It is working out great and just really appreciate his assistance and kudos to Brady and Revive IT and their Customer Service Department.
