This is our 10th monitor, and after buying many other monitors, the only monitor that comes close to this in our past 20 years in business is Sony. LG, Acer, Samsung, HP, and that other company (I forgot the name but theyre famous) all skimp somewhere. Stick with Dell. Not the cheapest, but youll be satisfied. If you turn it on and it works every time, there are no issues. Thats a good monitor. If you turn it on and you have to adjust something, and its not the graphics card, then thats not a good monitor. Thats my metric for a good monitor. Sorry if this isnt as detailed, but Im just a regular Joe, and I just need a good monitor.

Weve purchased the P series for the office for a while now and all the ones Ive ever gotten had a little connector on the bottom to fit a Dell soundbar. These do not have one. Theses work with the AC511M soundbar which is just the AC511 except its like 25$ more because they wanted to add a clip that attaches the speakers to the stand instead of under the monitor. So its been a great screen, but now I have to have a special connector for any of these that need the soundbar which seems like a needless change. I can only imagine this being beneficial if you are using it in the vertical position and wanted the speakers to mount to the stand instead of the underside of the monitor.

Great screen for charting platforms. Especially multi monitor vertical setups. Probably not as great for gaming with the refresh speed & pixel #. For business it’s 100.

This monitor did exactly what I needed. I needed a second monitor to view certain documents and applications in portrait mode and this monitor does exactly that. Pretty much every monitor does that actually but you have to find one that has a rotating stand, or, a monitor with VESA mount and you buy a separate stand. So, this is basically a $199 monitor with a rotating stand. Now, the issue I ran into and it took me a while to figure out my solution was getting my Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti to allow me to have 1 monitor running on the single HDMI port and 1 monitor running off the displayport port. You would think this was a no-brainer (and usually is) - just plug them in and off you go. However, mine wasnt working right off the bat. I was getting no signal on the monitor from the displayport on the Nvidia card. Long story short, it turned out certain Nvidia cards (mine is one) needed a firmware update for the displayport to work properly. Once I installed the firmware update (the firmware update is completely separate from the Nvidia drivers package) everything worked like a champ. So, in summary, I give 4 stars to the monitor (nice picture, not totally washed out, sparce on features.) I give 5 stars for the value/cost of the monitor. I purchased at $199 which (from looking around) seemed a good $50-80 cheaper than most vendors who are selling the same Dell Professional line (P monitor) of monitors. I dont know if this is a good gaming monitor by todays standards so if youre looking for that then I suggest moving your monitor budget up around $400. If you need a solid productivity monitor for work/office/etc - this monitor is perfect.

If you are gamer/serious computer user who spends more than 4-5 hours day then, this is not for you. But if you fall in the other category, then this is good for the price and great brand behind it.

Took me a while to get used to it and adjust it, but it works very well. Just hoping it last as long as my last Samsung.

I finally broke down and got an external monitor for my laptop, because I was experiencing neck pain constantly. This has solved that problem (at least so far - knock on wood) and offers a far better visual experience than I had grown accustomed to.

Since Covid_19 I’ve been working from home and needed a much larger screen for my work. I have to stare at data, multiple spreadsheets all day so this gives me plenty of workspace for my business needs. Color is great, raise/lower and swivel of screen is smooth and effortless. I prefer this one over my screen at the office.

Optimize your workspace with this efficient 27" Monitor built with an ultrathin bezel design, a small footprint and comfort-enhancing features. Pixel pitch: 0.311 mm.
