> 24 hourIt arrived with some type of dirt all over it, not packaged and clearly used. I plugged it in and tried to use it and the monitor kept flickering. So I plugged the cable directly into my laptop to see if it was the dock or the cable and it worked with the hdmi cable plugged directly into the laptop but didn’t work plugged into the dock. I would most definitely skip this purchase, it’s not worth the money.

> 24 hourI got tired of plugging and unplugging a bunch of cables when I come in and out of the office. This lets me connect everything to the dock and only plug in power and USB-C. I wish it could power through USB-C but thats the fault of the laptop, not the dock. This was supposed to be Renewed but it looks brand new. Im very pleased.

> 24 hourThe Dell WD15 dock/port replicator works great, so far. The wrong power supply was included with the shipment (had the wrong plug for the WD15 dock), but it wasnt a big deal for me as I have many of the correct 130W power supplies laying around.

> 24 hourThis worked very well with my HP laptop, and two monitors. It also charged my laptop while I was using it.

> 24 hourInitially worked great. Had two monitors up and running as expected. Within 60 days, it began to lose power. Jostled the cord to get it to work for a few weeks more. Then it shut down completely. No power. No screens. Its not my laptop, as we tried several PCs to see if it would work. Im new to Amazon, so another issue is I not know how to contact the reseller directly (which they keep telling me to do).

> 24 hourReally easy to set up! It comes with the power cable that powers the dock, and then a cable that goes from the dock to the laptop so that it charges it and also connects it to any extra monitors. There are no extra cables to plug in your monitors so you will need to purchase those on the side.

> 24 hourWhen the unit first arrive, the end of the USB-C connector was a bit crushed. I was able to bend it back with a screwdriver and the dock worked great for a few months. However, the cable is definitely the weak point as it has started cutting out intermittently. The good news is, the cable is removable. The bad news is, its a proprietary connector that Dell wont sell you separately and you cannot find anywhere. Similar cables for other docks are available for sale, but those cables despite having the same connectors and dimensions have metal pins that prevent them from being used. This is terrible design and the type of anti-owner practice that shows why we need Right to Repair legislation.

> 24 hourI wanted a dock that is more stable than the lightweight options available. I also wanted something that has a longer cable. This adapter checks all these boxes. It apparently does not have a USB-C port but my current laptop has two of those so I am still able to use one for my purpose.
