> 3 dayStay away. Like the many other reviewers have commented this item broke and stopped working in a matter of months and shortly after the warranty and support ran out. Extremely disappointing.

> 3 dayThis is the worst docking station Ive ever had, it literraly takes 3 to 4 attempts to turn it back on after stand by mode. Its simply a waste of your time and energy. I dont get it, how can they come up with such a failure.

> 3 dayI bought this Dell dock to replace the one I borrowed from IT at work. I figured there should be no issues if I order a new, same exact model. Well I was wrong. First, it was not new as described, it did not come in original Dell packaging. Second, I tried to set it up and the power connector from the AC adapter that goes to the docking station is too small. The connector should be a 7.4 mm DC-in power input, and the one I got is about 3.5-4.0 mm. So, no power, no working dock. Returning.

Greater than one weekI would not buy a product from this vendor. I purchased this docking station Sept 2021 and it no longer works. I called Dell support and they said It was over 3 years old and there is nothing they can do. Buyer beware.

> 3 dayThis is a foreign version of the WD15. My laptop didnt love it - it had some gripes about the charging rate - but it ultimately is compatible and makes a good backup dock for home us of my work laptop.

> 3 dayTo be clear, the dock works fine with all of its ports.. but the ENTIRE reason I wanted this dock was to have 1 plug for everything INCLUDING power. But power just doesnt work for the XPS 9510 (and I would imagine any of the other 2021 XPS devices). They have a 130w charging brick and this device supposedly provides 130w of power supply, but it must just be some older, outdated charging tech that the newer laptop considers a slow charger. The only OEM Dell docks that are compatible with the new laptops cost upwards of $300. Nothing else from Dell in this price point. And there are a lot of 3rd party docks that have their Power Delivery capped at 45w, 60w, and 100w, but I havent found a single 3rd party dock that can do 130w charging. And an OEM Dell charger for my laptop costs $90 (at present). So Im gonna have to buy a $40-60 hub separately for the 4x usb a, 1x hdmi and 1x 3.5mm jack that I require along with power for my home office setup. Pretty disappointing how expensive Dell stuff costs, but then I knew that when I bought this XPS. But these accessories are definitely unnecessarily overpriced.

> 3 dayThis docking station stopped working after 6 months. I never moved it, I would just plug and un-plug my laptop to it and now the wire does not read when connected

Greater than one weekIn terms of ports and options it seems great and when it works it is fantastic. The issue is that it doesnt always work... regardless of the device I plug it into the data/power connects /disconnects over and over endlessly. If I sit there for 20 minutes playing with the Fixed usb c cable it eventually gets it just right to work properly, but why, why have a fixed cable to start? Why is it the main part of the system that HAS TO WORK and doesnt?! Sadly I didnt test this product due to a busy work life and have missed the return window. TEST IT BEFORE THAT RETURN WINDOW CLOSES! Beyond being basically a useless paper weight its a good dock if you can get it to work.
