> 3 daythis device stopped working just as the return window closed. amazon referred me to the Dell website which was no help at all. Do they make access to warranty issues difficult so people wont pursue use of warranties??? Boo on Dell and boo on Amazon.

Greater than one weekReceived three of these docks and all have been used. Strap for the power brick is worn, and they each have asset tags from previous use.

> 3 dayI took a chance and ordered a refurbished model. The description said there were some scratches on the product. It was packaged well when it arrived. I inspected it and the scratches we very minimal. The unit looks great and functions exactly as expected. Great value for what I paid. Im really happy with it.

Greater than one weekPlug and play, works flawlessly with both my Dell and Macbook Pro laptops. Ive got a monitor and three USB attachments, no issues with any of them, and it charges as well.

> 3 dayI originally rated it as good. However, now - I rated it as 1 STAR now. The reason is that the USB ports stopped working (mouse and keyboard), along with the internet port does not provide a steady stream of signal. I tested the internet connection with my laptop and it downloads at 1 gig per second. So it is not my intenet service. I would up attaching the internet cable to a USB connector and plug it into my laptop to make it work. Mind you - Ive only had this unit for approximately 7 months.

> 3 dayEven though item came in a sealed oem (not retail) box and was in a sealed plastic bag, it looks like refurb, not new. Device has plenty of fingerprints and some scuffs. HDMI and USB ports work fine, but my laptop did not get powered over usb-c. I know that laptop is capable of being charged through that port since it works fine with different dock. So either power delivery does not work on the unit I received or it is a matter of different incompatible standards, in any case it does not work for me.
