> 3 dayThe way this luggage is made is - Delsey logo is attached on the side with metal which is exposed to lining and the lining has cut open from it. Partially the metal is covered with cheap foam like material but no proper padding. I am thinking whether to return or claim a warranty replacement.

> 3 dayThe quality of this suitcase is great. It is lightweight and very sturdy, the sturdiest out of all I own. I also like the scratch-proof surface. The suitcase has a USB outlet, which only works if you bring your own power bank (not included). It rolls around well and is pretty durable- my kids made sure to test it out with their wild games. Overall, so far so good.

> 3 dayPurchased a 3 piece set of this luggage and on the first use, I discovered the TSA lock does not remain locked on the 24” case. When I contacted Delsey about this OBVIOUS defective product, they told me that 1.) I had to pay to ship it to one of their authorized repair shops, which I found would run between $30-$50. Then, I have to pay the repair shop an additional $15 “processing fee” to have them look at it to determine if they will covered it under the warranty. What kind of crap is that?!?!? Your product, is found defective on the first use and the customer has to shell out 25% of the purchase price for the luggage just to see if you’ll cover it under warranty?!?!? On top of those ridiculous charges for “warranty coverage,” I’ve made multiple attempts to contact Delsey “Customer Service” for follow up and THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS. The website will tell you that they’ll respond within 3 business days, but I can assure you that is not the case. I have tried again and again only to be met with complete silence from them. Save yourself a lot of frustration, spend a few $ more and go with a more established company that will actually work and back the quality of their product and provide good customer service to remedy what is obviously a defective product.

> 3 dayWeve replaced all my familys suitcases with Delsey ones over the past 3 years. The wheels are the best weve found, and the zippers are sturdy. I purchased this for a 2 week trip to Japan and was very happy with how they survived all the airline juggling. Would purchase again.
