    We ordered a Champagne Bronze grab bar and thats what we got the first time. We decided we wanted a second one but what arrived did not match. We figured out it was probably Polished brass. My wife called Delta to find out if they often have these sort of problems and if anything could be done about it. But she waited for over and hour before the rep transferred her, and then she waited over an hour before giving up. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE by Delta.

    This is a very nice grab bar and installation was easy and quick. Mounting screws are provided, 3 at each end which makes a very sturdy bar once installed. Since both my wife and I are ~65 years old, we find it useful to have something to hold onto/pull ourselves up to in the shower. This makes for a much safer time in the shower. I am very pleased with the brushed finish too.
