Greater than one week1st... the unit is not very sturdy. 2nd... the unit is hard to snap together. 3rd... the unit accommodates 1500 feet serger spools but 3000 feet spools have to skip a space. Over time the unit will buckle under the weight of large serger spools.

> 3 daylove this thread holder. The spindles are spaced nicely & are long for holding large spools of embroidery thread. I have several thread racks and this is my favorite. A little of a challenge to assemble but with assistance from husband, we managed. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayI am very happy with my purchase! At the time I ordered I was a little concerned about the previous reviews & issues with the assembly. I didnt know what to expect with the mixed reviews. To my surprise as I opened the box there was only 4 screws provided to hang on the wall once it was assembled. The actual assembly took 5 min for the frame that literally snapped together & maybe 5 min to put in the 60 pegs. I glanced at the instructions only to see that I had the side pieces in the correct position for assembly. Other than that they were unnecessary & it was obvious how to assemble. Im super excited because Ive been looking for longer pegs that will not only house my thread spools but also the matching threaded bobbins. My only minute concern during the assembly of the frame was the slight flex in the center of the cross pieces. Once assembled that concern dissipated. The pegs do not snap into place but are snug enough to stay in place & are easy to remove for large cones of thread. I do feel that this item is a bit over priced. That being said it offered what I was looking for so it was worth trying it out. I would like to get another one but couldnt justify that much all at once.

> 3 daySimple to put together and strongly built. The capacity is excellent and takes all spools. Design allows for tremendous visibility and placement. Mine is attached to the side of my sewing table.

> 3 dayIt is heavy plastic but is not made for tall or wide Embroidery thread. It is perfect for regular spools and can put bobbins there also.

Greater than one weekHint for assembly - use vise grip pliers to snap pieces together. No marring, no cracking, no whacking with a hammer! Thank you, Husband! I use a lot of Swarovski crystal components in my jewelry designs and this rack is the perfect size on which to hang all those little Swarovski packets. A quick glance is all I need to find color, shape, etc.. Being mounted on the side of a wooden shelving unit saves space. I may just have to get another!

20-11-2024While this is a two person assembly job it is worth the trouble. Holds lots of thread and keeps it visible and off of my workspace.

Greater than one weekThis is a sturdy rack made of a plastic, the parts snap together (hard to snap). The most important part is that the spindles are longer than the wooden rack that I returned . It hangs on the wall but doesnt stand up. Thats why I like it,because it gives me more work room. I willl be buying another one.

> 3 dayWow this spoil thread was very difficult to assemble. It’s not the instructions but the strength required to put it together. After assembly though, it was quite sturdy. My gripe is that it doesn’t have a kick stand to stand alone on a table; however, it does have grooves do it can be to attached to a backboard or wall for securement because it can stand upright if not secured.
