If you get your sizing correct, theyre fairly comfortable. Perhaps a little tight at times, but theyre okay. The base material is pretty good, and its colored dark for extra concealment. Theyre very form-fitting, so no one can tell youre wearing them. The design chops off the butt padding, so they look very natural. But heres the problem: theyre very easily overwhelmed. And this is a big problem because these pull-ups are intended for away from home use. If your flow is always super light, then theyre probably okay for you. However, any flow higher will risk a leak. Because of this, its hard to have any real confidence in them. Simply having a drink of anything while youre out will sink you. Honestly, they could vastly improve the performance by (i) adding maybe 25% to 30% more front padding, and (ii) having internal walls to contain the flow. As it sits now, the pull-up relies on its tightness to form a seal against your skin, and it hopes that the padding does its job. This is subpar engineering. They can do better. My two suggestions would make this product a home run.

Ive been using these for a few years. Ive bought them through Amazon before. This time the packaging was different. The Depends look the same, but these fall apart a lot faster. What Im referring to is the netting that holds the absorbance cotton in place. Before, I could go for a full day before that netting started to show signs of wear. Now its just a few hours. It starts to come loose in the back, so there area that I need for urinary incontinence is OK. However, where it starts to loosen in the back loses the ability to hold in the absorbent material, so I get small wads of cotton all over the floor.

Horrible odor and will not buy again. I can’t get past the odor that are in these pants. If you can stand the odor, you will like everything else about them. They are very soft around the waist and not binding. They are comfortable and move with body movements and do make noise like other. PU

I have used this product for a few years now and have been relatively pleased. However, the package I purchased last month has caused me to change my opinion. I dont know if I got a bad lot or if they have changed the product quality, manufacturing process, or what, but they fall apart putting them on. After complaint, the company apologized and sent me a full refund. Tried them again and they are doing well again. Just got a bad batch. Great customer service.

Depend Real Fit Maximum Absorbency Incontinence Underwear for Men have great medium to maximum absorbency. I like the look of the underwear compared to other products. The problem is, if you are somewhat overweight to obese, the waistband immediately rolls down and becomes somewhat uncomfortable. The waistband on products by Tena are much less likely to do this.

Purchased for senior Dad. Tried every brief on the market and all products had issues, sagged, too small, too large, wouldnt stay up, etc. This Depend Real Fit brief is true to Fit without issues. Will continue to purchase.

My needs can be met fairly well with shields and guards but occasionally I have an urgency when there is no facility available. These are so comfortable I cant tell them from regular briefs and on the rare occassions when I really needed the protection it was there. The comfort and increase utility are worth the added price.

We like the convenience of having these delivered, and the price is competitive, but several pairs from the past few orders have torn up the side while my husband was putting them on. This does not happen with the Depends that we buy at our local pharmacy, so we have gone back to buying them locally.
