> 3 dayLike another review noted, my bottle leaked inside the clear packaging. Love this shampoo, but sad that I lost some product due to poor packaging from the seller. Also, there’s no pump on the bottle so it’s going to be a pain to get out.

> 3 dayI love Design Essentials but was disappointed when my package arrived. The bottle was damaged and some of the shampoo leaked during shipment.

> 3 dayI have worn locs for 11 years and one thing that is very important is to get them clean. Now clean in the loc-ed world means breaking down build-up that occurs naturally in the loc-ing process and that is induced by the use of products. The best thing for breaking down that build-up is a clarifying shampoo, but not all clarifying shampoos are equal. Design Essentials Oat Protein & Deep Conditioning Shampoo is my new favorite clarifying shampoo. It breaks down the build-up but isnt brutal in the process and prepares my hair nicely for a follow-up wash with a moisture retention shampoo (I use Design Essentials Honey Creme) and a good conditioner (Design Essentials Stimulations is amazing as well). I am really pleased with this product.
