I gave this a 2 because my hair did not like it, before I used this I had real tight curl after using this my hair became a soft afro.

Great hair product

I bought this product to deep clean my locs and what I love the most is the lack of oily residue. My hair feels light, fluffy and clean.

I love Design Essentials but was disappointed when my package arrived. The bottle was damaged and some of the shampoo leaked during shipment.

Like the product but the bottle was leaking into the box when I received it and the top of the pump dispenser was broken

Liked this shampoo since I first start washing my hair. Glad I was able to find it in Amazon

I liked it a lot for 2 washes and then after that it made my hair extremely frizzy. I just use it now for when my scalp has build up and its great for that.

Only shampoo I use for my locks its great at removing any buildup on my scalp. Great for mixed hair or kinky and curly . Doesn’t strip all the natural oils in your hair . Gets the job done and very reasonably priced.

Purchased it after reading online reviews about product from people with Locs and I must say I am impressed. I have not noticed any buildup, my Locs are soft and feel conditioned. The downside is that there is no scent. A small hint of oatmeal or cocoa butter for scent would make this product even better.
