Does not hold up with regular use. I only used 2 out of the entire set. Both got dull and wouldnt cut through the material. Also after using one, it didnt hold its cutting shape/cutting form. It got all deformed. Had to throw it away. You get what you pay for.

The amount of time it takes to sharpen these properly is not worth the money you save. The finish of the slope from exit hole to primary bevel is so rough that you ruin your piece from the wiggling necessary to remove it after striking. I sanded the slope incrementally down to 2000 grit wet/dry and it improved greatly. But the primary bevel was just sad... full of striations from whatever they ground it down with. Would not recommend to anyone but a beginner leather craftsman.

Not exactly what I would call “high quality” dull and very difficult to get a clean punch with. The Finnish on the metal itself feels horrible to hold.

These oval leather punch tools are the ideal tool for making concise oval holes in belts for custom fit. The tools are well-made, varying in size, and made from steel. They will last for many years. I am happy with them.

I bought this to add an oval hole to a belt, but have found that the variety of punches has come in useful for many projects. I would definitely consider this a good value for the price!!

I bought to punch holes it leather straps. I punched 3 holes in 4 oz bison leather before the punch failed. The steel is a very soft alloy. Maybe useful if you only need to use each punch twice.

Leaves a lot behind and other things Ive had were better. They are not sharp and the steel is very mild basically iron.

These punches have much thicker cutters than the ones I bought years ago from Tandy. This means they can be resharpened and should last me about 100 years.

Weather U need them to punch a whole in your leather belt or punch a hole in a Christmas card to hang on your tree, these punches will definitely do the trick.
