doTERRA Peppermint Essential Oil Beadlets 125 ct (2 Pack)

Tasty (to swallow not chew) and high quality, but health applications are still hard to pin down. I was advised that this could help alleviate migraines and an upset tummy among other things. I havent noticed any help for an upset tummy, but it does seem to have a slight impact on my migraines and breathing related issues. I only take one bead at a time so a 2nd might improve the effects. It does also help improve your breath in my experience, and it does so from your belly on up. If you have something important that is going to outlast your mouthwash and toothpaste one of these on top of that or taken part way through should do the trick. I like them, but they are less of a health cure all and more of a creative way to smell and breath better in my opinion.

I tried a sample of this product that a sells person was selling and I love it, I didnt want to spend $30 bucks or more for it so I was surprised that I found on on Amazon. Yay Amazon. I love it. I only use it when I need fresh breath that last for hours.

I stopped chewing gum a long time ago due to the long list of undesirable ingredients. My favorite part of chewing gum was the burst of mintiness that came with a new piece. That burst is exactly what I get with these doTERRA peppermint beadlets. Usually one will suffice, but if I want extra mintiness, Ill take two. My son asks for them when he has congestion, as he claims they help clear his nose. I carry them with me everywhere I go. Convenient packaging. Cant get enough of them.

I’ve been using this for a long time it is so good. I tend to have lots of problems with my stomach in this seems to neutralize everything.

I exude peppermint when I breath after having one. So that’s fun.

I heard so much about this oil but the price stopped me from making a purchase. I then saw what this oil did for a friend. Its amazing.
