This was my first time trying oil based soap. I was in the market for something that would act as an anti-bacterial agent as well so it would need to include Tea Tree Oil. This was the perfect product! The bottles come in huge sizes which is great since you wont be using much anyway. Theres no buildup in the bottle, but there is a strong odor. The bottle is nice and sturdy as well. I combined this with an exfoliating glove for maximum effect. Just a few drops will last you long enough to wash your entire body. I found that other liquid soaps dried up on the gloves or were used up after a mere minute and I would constantly have to reapply the soap, but Dr. Bronners concoction stayed on the entire shower with just a few drops! I also seemed to be cleaner as well. The smell doesnt cling to you nor do you really have to dilute it as it says. I simply put a few drops on the glove, sprinkle some drops of water to get it foamy and Im good to go. As always look at the ingredients and make sure you arent allergic to them. As some users noted they have had skin irritation problems, but I havent had those issues.

Been using this for years and my skin is soft and healthy. Use it even on my face!

This is an all purpose use soap and I love the way it feels on my skin.

Ive been using Dr Bronners HEMP Peppermint soap for years. I accidentally bought a bottle of the Dr Bronners SUGAR Peppermint soap several months back. I have to say, that I really like the way that it treats my hair. It is about x2 as much price-wise, but for a shampoo, Im okay with that. The Hemp version is more astringent. I still use it for the rest of my body, but I can really feel the difference when using the sugar soap on my hair. Ill keep buying the Hemp version for my general body cleaning, but I think Ill be using the Sugar version for my shampoo from here on Dr Bronners has been great for decades and I hope it stays that way. The price is going up, but so are many prices. I think its worth the cost. The Dr Bronner products dont always seem to be available, and that seems odd as there appears to be a manufacturers site on Amazon.

I brought two and I have one left. I will definitely be ordering more soon. I love it!!

Literally the only soap I like using. Body feels nice and chill after you get out the shower.

Love the smell, not too over powering and feels so nice on my hands. We have been trying to use more natural products and this one is a great one to use. However the pricing is not it. Please check Wegmans grocery store (if you have it) or other stores before purchasing. I’m glad I got this simply to try this scent. However, this is 1/2 gallon and today I saw that I could have gotten a whole gallon of the same brand, different scent though, for the same $40 price. I mean I know sometimes prices can be slightly off on Amazon but not this much. Check other places before purchasing to save a little extra money.

This soap is natural and can be used on so much stuff. They also say how to use it for different things on the bottle

I haul fuel, and this is the best stuff to get the accumulated grime of greasy petrochemicals off my skin. The water turns black, and I feel human again. Its great.

Love the organic lemongrass sugar soap. Smells wonderful and well. Have been buying the small containers with pomp but now have switched to the larger quantity and will refill our smaller units.
