I purchased these natural flow Level 2 nipples for my granddaughter. She had a lot of tummy issues and the Dr. Browns Bottles and Nipples worked the best for her. No more sucking air and no more screaming baby! These will be the only Nipples and Bottles we will be using from now on. You cant beat the price too at Amazon!

We had Dr.Browns bottles with the size one nipple and my babies were not getting anything from it because we add rice to thicken as per our doctor. I bought two size 3 at the store and they were getting way too much so I figured size 2 had to be a good middle ground. NOPE. Size 2 is the exact same as size 1 and my babies are once again not getting any milk from it, so now I have to reorder with size 3. If you are thickening milk for your baby just go straight to size 3. Ridiculous that there is no difference between 1 and 2.

We have big babies and they needed to switch to level 2 pretty early in the game. I think it was at 5-6 weeks old for each of them (they were around 11-12 lbs at that point). It made such a difference that they didnt have to work so hard to get the formula! We also switched to Level 3 with my son at 8 weeks when he hit 15lbs. When choosing a nipple, I dont think the age matters as much as the size of your baby!

Works has described. Product arrived on time and in great packaging! Cant go wrong with Dr. Brown- my baby barely ever had any gas I attribute it to this product!

These nipples are for second stage after 3 months. Just switched to them and fit bottle perfectly.

Great Nipples

Not sure if these are made by dr browns or not, but they work just how I needed and going on 4 months of using them with zero problems. Dr Browns did change the way the nipple looked, it has the size bigger on it(I saw people complaining about that, but I like it).
