Dritz 7 Point Turner Seam Gauge, Nickel with Black Printing and Blue Slider

this is a great little item. I find uses for it all over the house. its smaller than a retractable tape measure so not so cumbersome for small jobs. the sliding guide helps keep your measurement consistent

The measurements are accurate and the turning point useful, but the metal is low quality and bends too easily. Get a nicer version if you can afford it! I think Dritz even makes a steel (rather than aluminum) one in black.

I purchased this elsewhere after misplacing another one that had lasted for over 20 years. This one fell apart the first time I used it. The slider is plastic, held in place by a tiny metal clip spring that fits underneath the loop on the slider. The spring fell out, and now it is entirely useless. Very disappointed, to say the least! Hope my other gauge turns up.

What can I say? Its a seam guage and its Dritz! It works like its supposed to!

Only worth -- at best -- the buck and a half I paid for it. The plastic slide is flimsy, and bound to break. The point turner is handy -- but again not likely to stand up to repeated use. A shame when a companys reputation for quality deteriorates.

Sliding marker is loose, wont stay on the mark if it gets bumped.

Works well! Accurate measurement, the slider moves easily. Very helpful tool.

I liked the length of the gauge, however I didnt like the point turner.

Had a 6 gauge, but a class I was taking wanted me to get a 7 one. The price was lower here on Amazon so I got it
