Worked like a charm to update firmware on a telemetry radio set

Wasted hours trying to use an arduino to flash tosmota on a Sonoff device (had worked before), this worked the first time. The device appears well made and it worked immediately, also no drivers required for Windows 10.

Worked perfectly for writing Tasmota firmware to my Sonoff switches.

Works as expected and meets my USB to serial UART needs.

My original USB TTL dongle also purchased on Amazon over a year ago was apparently bad from reading reviews of that item. I decided to spend a few extra bucks and get a better version since I do a lot with routers and messing with OpenWRT. Also into Raspberry Pi now so I figured Id get a good one this time. Worked perfectly and I saved my EdgeRouterX last night. Just remember you have to cross the TXD and RXD connections for it to work. Also look on YouTube for tutorials and specifics for your model device.

Overall I’m really happy with this device. The voltage switching jumper is a great addition to have and has come in handy more than I would have expected when poking around.
