> 3 dayIn some places I could just cut a 2 x 4 section of this and use plumbing ABS cement to glue the pieces to the inside cracks. Where the carrier was curved, I heated the ABS with a harbor freight hot air gun, and then with heavy gloves, held it into the curved areas until it cooled into shape. I then cleaned all parts with 90% rubbing alcohol, added ABS cement and glued into place. In areas where I filled in holes etc, using this, and a lot of ABS cement is took 3 days to finally harden, but overall very satisfied and allowed me to save my cargo carrier which was damaged after someone drove into unground garage.

Cut each sheet using tools like a table, jig, hack, and scroll saw as well as a variety of lasers and drills. If you need to smooth out the textured faced side, make smooth strips, or make any medium or big changes to delete the textured side of the board, making it more friction friendly, simply sand this side to make the transition!
