Dyson Vacuum Motorhead (For V11)

I’m up poop creek without a paddle because even though it says we bought from the “Dyson Store” on Amazon the product failed and there is NO product support from Dyson and it’s outside Amazon’s return window. We have a motor head that doesn’t work at all and we are out almost $150. I’m sick. And mad. Dyson is dead to me.

I shouldn’t have to be replacing the Dyson motorhead after only 2 years, but this Amazon purchase was the best. Brought my Dyson V11 torque drive back to new again. Originally, I ordered a knockoff because I thought I was saving money. In the end, purchasing the OEM from Amazon was by far, the best decision and wish I had done that from square one.

My Dyson vacuum head just stopped working for some reason and this was a great replacement! Works great now!

Everything I have Ordered from Amazon for my V15 Outsize has been the wrong size!

Ive purchased this item for my Dyson V11 here are the problems: - it is too noisy (just to compare with the original one, this one I can hear it from outside of my house :), this is how louder it is) - not original item In conclusion, I do not recommend it.

I was stupid enough to wet my original head which of course died on me but this is actually better. Quieter and seems to be a stronger suction. Worth the price in my opinion.

Sadly, this replacement part did not work properly on my Dyson V11. It was extremely loud and sounded like it may have a broken part in it. Will be returning.

Love it, i think it works better than my old head that died on me. It’s a little bit shorter in length but I like that because it fits in smaller spaces. I don’t have the weird noise that someone else had an issue with using it on their v10. They must have gotten a faulty unit.

Replaced the original power head
