> 3 dayExactly as described. My old socket had become difficult to work with. Installation was very easy especially with YouTube tutorials.

> 3 dayEasy to install but definitely recommend buying a back cover glass too. They break on removal.

> 3 dayHeadphones do not get picked up by this audio jack. I have to press the male end into the jack very hard to just get static. Maybe mine is faulty but I do not recommend this product. Would have been better off with the original jack that I replaced.

> 3 dayThe mic did not work after fitting I had to bend the tiny mic connector out a bit, the outermost contact, then it worked ok. Did not expect to have to do this with a new part.

> 3 dayI just installed it myself in my own phone, works perfectly. I damaged my old one while trying to clean it. You will need a back removal kit and a new backplate when you break it. I already had one laying around for when I changed the battery. I used this new backplate, looks beautiful: https://amzn.to/2XczycZ

> 3 daysimple enough to replace in a Galaxy S7, though I did need the weird double-suction-cup iSplack device to open the case. Unfortunately, after replacing, I get staticky sounds when using the headphone jack while charging using the charging cord. Not sure if others experience the same thing, but I did not have that problem before the old jack died. Kind of a bummer, but for $4 and the ability to work around (dont charge while using), it sure beats the cost of a new phone or reliance solely on Bluetooth headphones.
