> 24 hourVery durable. I’ve had several different brands of hones, this is the best. After a lot of use, the stones came off so I had to buy replacements. Other than that small issue, it’s a great product.

> 24 hourA classic style cylinder hone, with nice tension and good stones. I prefer this style to the newer ball styles that never seem to leave a good finish. This style works very well at doing just that, cleaning up the walls and leaving out ready for new rings.

> 24 hourThis hone did exactly as it was designed to do. It didnt gouge the cylinders or take too much material per pass. I got a nice cross hatch pattern in the cylinders and after the engine was put back together I had good compression.

> 24 hourThis is the best type of hone for cylinder walls. It provides a nice uniform cross hatch every time. The ball style hones can go anywhere following an egg shaped cylinder. The stone hone will work to true the cylinder. Just like body work, you need to work with the longer straight edge sanding tools, not a flap jack sander if you want it straight. This hone worked great!
