> 24 hourVery sharp spiral bit! Ive wanted an up cut style one for my router for a while now and they definitely seem to cut cleaner than normal styles. I use this with my hand router mainly on MDF and plywood which is usually pretty hard on bits due to the glue content. This has been working great for quite a few boards now and still seems quite sharp!

> 24 hourThis upcut spiral 1/4 router bit came in a standard plastic end mill case that protected it during transit. However, the case had no labeling on it and the bag it came in was rather cryptic as well. The first thing I did was label the small case. The nano-blue coating covered the top end of the bit evenly and cleanly. The spiral bit cut down to create grooves for mortises very nicely and easily. Also, the same for several dados I cut in walnut and maple. The top edge was just ok but that is to be expected in a upcut bit. The upcut does clear away debris nicely. The bit was sharp and stayed that way through the jobs I have done so far. Very Decent bit that should serve me for quite a while.

> 24 hourI absolutely love this bit. Used it last night for the first time. Great finish, great price. What more could you want in a bit?

> 24 hourDid a nice cut on medium steel. Even though it’s a two flute cutter the surface finish was very smooth. The cut was 1/4” wide. Two glued cutters generally provide faster cutting at the expense of smoothness, so I would test on any material you intend to cut. Out of the box this tool is sharp.

> 24 hourIve used several different EANOSIC bits and they have all been of consistent quality. This is no exception, it works well in ash and other hardwoods both on a standard router as well as a Shaper Origin for which upcut bits work the best. The coating seems to make at least a little difference in reducing burning compared to no coating, but I might be imagining this.

> 24 hourReally nice bit. I have used quite a few of these eanosic bits and really like them. They cut well and last for many cuts.

> 24 hourThis bit is especially good at plunge-cutting dadoes quickly and cleanly. Its an upcut bit, meaning that it pulls the chips OUT of the groove instead of pushing them down inside, where they can slow cutting action. Weve not used this bit on a router table so far, but similar upcut bits are especially useful on a table because they actually pull the work down slightly, and help keep the piece tight to the table. Cant comment on the longevity of the bit because we havent had it that long, but no reason to think it wont last for quite awhile before needing sharpening. Recommended.
