Purchased as a gift. My friend immediately packed it full for his weeklong trip. Said he loved it. Kept his stuff dry, and anything that might get on it wipes off easily without soaking/rubbing in. Appreciated the shoulder-sling carry strap too. He loved the little waterproof phone case as well - put his new Nexus in it and said he could operate the phone through the clear plastic on the front. Two thumbs up. Maybe Ill get myself one.

They worked great. I used them on my front forks as panniers. Very lite and waterproof. I put my sleeping bag in one and my air mattress in the other and had room to spare. I could have put clothes in the air mattress as well.

It was horrible. Everything inside got wet. I know it was not how we tied it because even the money in the zipper outside was soaking wet. Waste of money

I got the 10 liter orange Earth Pak. As soon as I got it I made a trip up to see the snow and everything I had in the bag (two jackets, wallet, keys and two water bottles) stayed dry. Its light and easy to carry. I fell in the snow a lot and I swear the phone case saved me water damage. Its a very practical purchase and I recommend it to everyone!

I like the large dry bag however the phone/camera bag leaked the very first time I used it and damaged by phone. The phone did not respond at all underwater when you touched the screen of the phone. It would only respond out of the water.
