> 3 daySince I found this lotion, Ive just thrown away any others. I love this stuff! I have very dry skin. You know how you have to keep re-applying lotion because the softening effect fades after a few hours? Not so with Gardeners Hand Repair. If I use it on my arms or legs in the morning, I can still feel the softened skin by evening. (If I wash my hands several times, of course I will still need to put more lotion on.) When you smooth this on, it feels more slippery than other lotions, and it takes longer to rub in. But once its rubbed in, there is a lovely, light feeling which lasts a long time. There is a lovely, light scent which, thankfully, does not last very long at all. (I hate hand lotions with strong perfume.) The name is misleading. This is a wonderful, all-purpose lotion which is not just for gardeners, not just for hands, and not just for damaged skin. Try it, you wont be sorry.

> 3 dayI received this as a gift recently. I was impressed by how well it works on softening and protecting my hands in the negative degree Fahrenheit temperatures where I live after only two days of use. But upon day two, further inspection of the bottle showed parabens in the ingredients. I was very disappointed because it worked very well. I can’t knock off more than one star for the parabens because the product works great if you don’t care about that kind of thing.

> 3 dayThere must be 15,000 hand creams on sale at most stores. I havent tried all of them, but I have used many. Short of straight shea butter, this is the best cream available for chapped, dry or cracked hands. Gardeners Friend has plenty of shea butter, but also has many other nifty looking ingredients. It also smells pretty good. Not overpowering at all, but subtle and ok. And it really, really works.

Greater than one weekAll the experts say if we drank enough water we wouldnt need creams and lotions at all. But sometimes in the winter you need something to make your skin feel and look better, and this does the trick without an obnoxious fragrance or any residual stickiness. Its being moderately priced, cruelty-free, and vegetarian-standard (even though I dont plan to eat it) is a further selling point.

> 3 dayThis lotion isnt entirely non-greasy, so I try not to use it at work so it doesnt transfer onto my laptop. I typically use it before bed due to the slight graesiness. It isnt THAT greasy, but Ive tried about 10 different hand lotions so Im just saying Ive experienced lotions that are more non-greasy than this one. Ive also experienced greasier lotions. Wow Im really focusing on greasiness. Okay beyond that, I cant say its miraculously softened my cuticles or anything, but its pretty good stuff and it truly leaves my hands feeling moisturized. I dont feel the need to keep reapplying.
