I like the Efferdent denture cleaner but they need to work on the so-called mint flavor because it does not exist. Now that Ive got that out, Ill move on. The cleaner works very well cleaning dentures and I like that you can soak over night if you want or get a quick clean if needed. If I decide to chew a piece of Freedent gum (which Im not a big fan of, but I am a gum chewer and havent found anything better), I brush the teeth using a denture toothbrush and some Stim-U-Dent Fresh n Brite Denture Cleaning Paste first to make sure all of the gum residue is removed. I dont do this because I think the Efferdent cleaner wont work, it is just something I do on my own to make sure all of the gum (sometimes it sticks to the denture) is removed from the teeth. One big plus is the Efferdent tablet dissolves completely, unlike the Polident tablets that I tried. 4 stars because of the lack of minty taste.

Each night Im home I use this stuff. I found using hot water you get the best effervescent results. After eating foods with chili powder or drinking coffee dentures can get weird colorations on them. Probably other foods and drinks too but these are my main culprits Ive figured out! Anyway I use this stuff all the time! I leave mine to soak all night for best results!
