> 24 hourLove EK punches. I needed to replace my 1” due to my hubby using it outside in his shop... so decided to get the 1.25 and 1.5 as well. Will be making some layered circles. Best to use just with plain paper - nothing sticky!

> 24 hourThis is an amazing tool for 10 bucks. Im using it to punch out circles of sticker paper to make custom poker chips and its perfect. People have asked if you can see what youre cutting out. Ive enclosed a picture to show what the bottom of the punch looks like. You just line it up and squeeze and perfect 1.25 circles come out. I couldnt be more pleased with how this worked out. The other picture is the finished product. Very happy!!

> 24 hourEasy punch to use. Cuts through 4 pieces of cardstock w/o too much effort. You can lock it closed, which is great for storage - it decreases the profile and it takes up less room. I always hesitate to buy punches because theyre difficult to store and are only do one thing. Ive been surprised how much Ive used this punch. I dont think Im going to go crazy and buy a lot more punches, but Id definitely buy this brand again if I do need another punch. Overall, quite pleased with this tool.

> 24 hourthis has been a very helpful tool. I use this on this cardboard and tetra pak without a problem. So much easier than cutting out circles. The only thing I would change is to be able to see from the top. I usually turn it upside down so I can align the paper just so, but that seems to be working just fine (just a bit more work on the forearms)

> 24 hourI own about 10 EK Tools punches and I have to say that I think the quality has gone downhill over the years. I have had some punches for years and they continue to work great. I have bought 2 in the last year or so and they are dull and barely work. I bought an identical one to replace one that worked so bad and I swear the new one barely works any better. EK used to be my favorite brand as I felt they were easier and more comfortable to use....but I am not sure anymore.

> 24 hourIm using this to help the button making process. This cuts perfect 1.25 circles. The only view of what you cutting is on the bottom and not the top, which really helps to see what Im cutting. Also on the bottom there is a yellow switch that when the machine is pressed down and switched it completely flattens. This helps with its portability. The quality of the cutter is great and has a little weight to it since the inside mechanics and circle blade is all metal. Better to buy this product than the $60 or over circle cutters they sell online on button parts/machine websites! Most definitely worth the $9!

> 24 hourA friends non profit was organizing a fundraiser, and needed some gifts made, so I purchased this punch, so that I may create 300 custom fantasy token coins, to be given away, at a Mad Hatter/ Alice in Wonderland themed party. The coins turned out beautifully. The punch created the perfect size disc every time. The trick is to turn the punch upside-down, so that you are looking directly at the interior metal cutter and frame plate. Place your artwork face up and line up the paper, so that you can see that the art centered, exactly where you would like to see the punch, cut out the shape. Every edge was crisp and precise.

> 24 hourThe best part of this circle punch is it allows flexibility with how close you put the hole to the edge of the paper, you can move it in about an half an inch, which other punches do now allow, perfect for door hangers. Also, I looked at JoAnns, walmart, michaels staples and could not fine one like this. I like to shop locally because I can see if the items meet my needs, and usually I can tell if the item is going to work out, but when I cant, I go online. This hole punch works very well on 110 pound heavy weight paper. Well worth the price!! I even came back to review this item which I never do!

> 24 hourI was using this with a one inch of another brand, on chipboard for the crafts I do. Well on the first piece, the El - Junko brand fell apart in pieces. No more cute R-2 D-2 looking contraption. But this one from EK, an inch and a half, trooped right through I did the whole board in under a minute. Had well established circles exactly how I needed them. Very happy with this brand. However I will warn about others. They arent all alike. EK seems to have a good thing going on with their engineering and QC. Ill take functional over cute any day. Thanks.
