> 3 dayThey advertise the product with organizers then they forget to include them. When reminded of that oversight they say that they sent them but they never arrive. I recommend using a trustworthy well known brand instead of these folks.

> 3 dayI really like this product other than it not being a hard shell case. I went on one direct flight and it looks like I’ve had it for three years. Scratched to heck. I know it could be the handlers fault but other bags looked better that were much older. I’d like to know how much polypropylene is mixed in to the plastic. That would make make it scratch super easy.

> 3 dayI really liked this suit case when I first got it. It was the perfect size, it was sleek-looking, quiet, had a TSA-lock, etc. It checked all the boxes. But after a few months of use its clear that the quality of it is pretty bad. It scuffs really easily for one. The pictures show the many scratches and scuffs it has accumulated from simply being a carry-on bag, not having been checked once. The second issue is the lock that has almost stopped functioning for me, I try to put the zipper tabs in the locking mechanism and they just keep popping out on me.

> 3 dayDurability is terrible. Full on cracked after being gate checked on second flight I ever took it on. For the price, I would recommend buying something better.

> 3 dayI travel a significant amount for work, so I tried to find something organized, yet clean looking with a matching backpack set. It looks great, feels great, everything is fantastic about this suitcase until it gets used. Most often I am able to secure overhead space for my bag, but every so often at smaller cities, they check all bags. After one checked flight, it looked like this bag was thrown into NYC traffic. I understand scuffs and all that, but actual dents/punctures into the plastic was pretty disappointing. If it never needed to be checked, I would buy it a hundred times over. I have been able to pack 10 days worth of clothing items in it with no issue.

Greater than one weekI really wanted to love this suitcase, but the worst thing about it is that it scratches easily. Even after two trips, it got scuffed and scratched quite noticeably. It was advertised as scratch resistant but its 100% not.

> 3 dayIt cracked after 1 few months and 2 uses. I must have knocked it but its a suit case. Now there is a 4 inch crack, i dont really think I can use it anymore.

> 3 dayI bought this for a trip to Hawaii and I really liked it. I love the look of the sharp corners and the matte green color. I plan on using it more now that the world is reopened. I did like all the extra storage containers it came with even though it was not a deciding factor to buy. The dust cover it comes with is also a nice touch.

> 3 dayThe biggest issue with this case is that the walls are thin and there is no padding on the inside of the case if you are transporting Ridgid items or other things prone to breaking on physical shock, you will need to wrap it in clothes and make sure to put thick clothing on the exterior facing sides of the case. However the straps pockets and compartments in the case are well thought out and easy to use. the roller wheels move well out of the box, the carrying handles seem sturdy enough. The zipper and locking mechanism is reasonably tough however you will have to unzip it entirely to open the case. It would have been nice if there was a secondary exterior compartment for smaller items or if padding could be added to the case. I will amend my review if they should break under regular use.
