This is a popular item for a reason. Not only are the buttons super soft, yet hard (its what you want it to be), not only can you put your own digital icon on each button (you can even creat icons via their site), not only can you put folders in folders in folders (with an unlimited number of buttons and folders so you never run out of buttons), but it also uses the buttons as a screen saver so I have a cool modern art picture of my family on it.

This is easily the most handy tool for streamers and content creators! Change scenes in a snap, and make streaming on Twitch that much more professional!

I enjoy being able to click a button and have a program or web page open up automatically. I use this for streaming as well as day to day use. It is very customization and easy to use.

It’s a good device to limit the work of navigation. Works for launching apps, voicemod, obs, opening browser and compatible with other elgato devices such as capture cards.

So this thing is amazing, but needs to be opened up more, I feel like they did not anticipate how useful this could be to just about anyone and have been scrambling to support the features people are asking for having said that this is still 5 stars for me if they keep supporting it and adding features this will be a must have for any power user not just streamers.

The product is of good quality, except for its mushy buttons. I havent encountered it, but you might have some presses not register properly. I like the ease of use and the software is pretty helpful for getting setup quickly.
