EnviroCare Premium Replacement Vacuum Cleaner Filters made to fit Kenmore Sears Progressive CF1, Progressive & Whispertone, Panasonic Vacuum Cleaners, 86883, 86880, 20-86883, 2 filters

I replaced the original Sears filter on my Kenmore Whispertone canister vacuum with this filter. It is an exact duplicate but a whole lot cheaper than the Kenmore part. You get two filters in this package (two thin white-colored pre-filters and two, thicker, black-colored filters). Remember to install the white filter towards the bag side and the black filter towards the motor side. Will buy this again and recommend this filter as a direct replacement of the original Kenmore filter that comes with the Whispertone canister vacuum.

I wasnt able to find the exact match for our vacuum, and I saw that others had simply cut this filter to equal their current filter size. So far so good.

UPDATE 3/18/18: I suggest that YOU NOT BUY these filters. I have (had) two vacs and while Im not sure this is the particular model filter, IT IS THE SAME BRAND that destroyed one of them. If you buy it be very careful that it doesnt restrict the airflow to your motor or it will destroy it before you know whats happening. It only took two months or so to burn the motor out, and i dont vacuum all that often. -I am referring to Enviro Care Technologies brand filters. Just because an aftermarket filter fits your filter sleeve dimensions doesnt mean its made to work right for your specific vac, as I found out the hard way. Good luck. original review 3/17 This aftermarket inner canister filter (Not a genuine Kenmore filter) seems OK except not electrostatically charged as the original one was. Usually when a filter is electrostatically charged it is noted prominently on the packaging because that treatment cant be seen. And it significantly enhances the filters ability to trap and hold of small particles. Because its unlilkely that these filters are so charged and the vacuum is HEPA vacuum, only 3 stars.

Looks and functions just an OEM quality filter!!!!

I use these filters for my Kenmore canister vacuum cleaner. They go inside the compartment where the bag fits onto the hose. The filter goes in the back part. They last a long time, and are washable. I wash them by hand with warm soap and water, then hang them up to dry on this hanger that has clips. I would recommend these filters to anyone who still has the older version of a Kenmore canister vacuum. :-)

Fit my kenmore canister perefect

These filters and bags fit my 2nd hand Kenmore well and are economical.

I thought this fit my Kenmore but it is a large square. I was able to cut it down to fit and likely have a second one out of the square so it is not bad.
