As an old ex-athlete I have suffered more than enough injuries in the past, some of which continue to create problems for me. Who would have thought that just getting out of an easy chair would result in a torn hamstring and a torn peroneal (cadaver) tendon? Since I have been in PT for the past eight months, recovering from back surgery, then a bad fall followed by the torn muscle and tendon, I have received extra input from the whole PT staff. That is, when theyre done laughing at me! One of the remedies they recommended was to take a nightly epsom salt bath for my legs and back. I always previously dismissed that old wives treatment thinking that it probably wasnt going to be productive. You know, real men dont take salt baths! Why that would work is beyond me but it kept coming up. Something to do with removing toxins from your muscles? Ice (and plenty of it) has always been important to me. But since the advent of CBD OIL (5) and its relevance to my pain relief, my eyes seem to be opening a little wider and Im becoming a better listener. So I ordered this Epsoak USP Epsom Salt and began using it as a daily treatment. After three days Ive noticed my legs and back loosening up somewhat and am extremely thankful for that. Anything that provides me pain relief without resulting addiction gets a golden star. Even an old goat like me can learn something new once in a while. Maybe next Ill try ingestible CBD oil.

I use this for my husband for a foot soak, and it works great. The smell is out of this world, really one of the nicest for epsom sat that Ive purchased. I bought it at Marshalls for less, but then when I saw it on Amazon I decided to buy it even at twice as much $$ since it was such a great product.

Amazing value for the amount of product you get. I use two cups of this in bath and it really makes a difference in cutting down the muscle soreness the next day if I have worked out. There is no scent (which I dont feel strongly about one way or another). I have previously purchased more pricey sports recovery salts and these salts do the same exact thing to relieve soreness during a bath at a fraction of the price. Will continue buying this stuff in bulk as it is some of the most reasonably priced epsom salts on amazon.

Ive bought this product repeatedly, and I love it. I started taking epsom salt baths while powerlifting, and really loved the Dr. Teales lavender salts. It would help with muscle pain and help me relax. However, with the amount I use, that became cost-prohibitive. Now I buy bulk bags of Epsoak from the San Francisco Salt Company and add my own essential oils. Its much cheaper than buying the small, pre-mixed bag. The salts are good quality, dissolve quickly, and help ease muscle aches. The seller has always delivered on time, as expected. If you use epsom salts frequently, this is a great alternative to buying bags at Target or Walmart.

Like how nice it is to soak my feet for 15-20 minutes.
